• Masks are required for all unvaccinated employees and visitors.
• Hand sanitizer must be used by employees and visitors upon arrival.
• Complimentary masks and sanitizer are available in our lobby for employees and visitors.
• Office layout has been revised to allow for social distancing with sneeze guards installed throughout to help prevent the spread of COVID.
• We have adopted a hybrid workforce, with some employees working remotely and other essential personnel working in-house to maintain WestMar operations.
• In-house personnel are required to screen themselves daily prior to coming to the office.
• Employees who are sick and exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms are asked to stay home.
• Visitors who are sick and exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms are asked to contact the office, so that a Zoom (or similar) virtual meeting can be set up with one of our Agents.
