Jerry Palmer

Jerry is an Investment Advisor that specializes in the analysis, acquisition and sale of multi-tenant properties and the land upon which they are developed.  Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|WestMar, he spent several years with Sperry Van Ness, a national commercial real estate brokerage, advising clients with respect to the purchase and sale of investment grade real estate properties.  Jerry has a Bachelor degree from a Canadian university with a combined major in Economics and Law.

Early in his career, after leaving his position with the Economic Council of Canada, Jerry worked in product, region and national sales management for a number of technology and financial software solution providers. He has been certified in California by the California Tax Education Council (CTEC).
